Regarding the Barrick Gold's two gold discoveries in Nevada, Red Hill and Goldrush, I find there are three companies that are close to these properties. I am taking this information from the Intierra February 2011 map for Nevada, so there could more companies that are active in the area than are listed on the map.

The three companies are Rye Patch Gold Corp. (RPM), Coyote Resources (COYR on the OTC), and Nu Legacy Gold (NUG). Of course you have already mentioned Rye Patch Gold Corp. I don't know anything about Coyote Resources.

I know a little about Nu Legacy Gold. Today they moved up by 41.94% and I think it was connected to the Barrick Gold news release. They did put out a positive news release on August 31st about their assays for their Red Hill prospect but their shares sold off on the news. It was not until today that their shares reversed their downward trend and moved from .16 to close at .22 for their gain of 41.94%.

I do know that the exploration geologist knows this property well and supposedly the property was previously drilled down to as far as 1800 feet in the 1980s. The current exploration program is meant to update the current resources to NI 43-101 standards.

I have copied this information from the Nu Legacy Gold website.

"NuLegacy Gold assembled two highly prospective exploration Prospects in Nevada:

The 45 square mile Red Hill Prospect in the well established Cortez Segment, the most prolific portion of the famed Battle Mountain-Eureka gold trend of Nevada. The Prospect is located between Barrick Gold's Cortez Hills operation immediately to the north and US Gold's Tonkin Springs operation to the south.

The 35 square miles Wood Hills South Prospect in the emerging Pequop gold trend. It is contiguous to the AuEx Ventures properties that Fronteer Gold just acquired 49% of for approximately $250 million."
